EPIZOFOAM FD
Epizofoam FD is a highly
effective Silicone Emulsion high concentrated defoamer.
It can be used in ethanol production, Sugar molasses, alcohol fermentation and lots of other industries as a processing aid.

APPLICATION
- Epizofoam FD is recommended for a wide variety of food processes as a
processing aid including the following:
Bottle washing
Brewing Evaporation and dehydration of foodstuffs
Fermentation processes
Low foam washing formulations
Paper coating
Pickle processing
Potato crisp manufacture
Sugar beet processing
Sugar molasses
Vegetable processing
Vinegar manufacture
The dosage of consumption is 10 to 50 ppm undiluted product.
Dilution Method
1- Charge 100 kgs of Epizofoam FD into vessel
2- Start mixing (stirrer must be anchored and 20-35 RPM)
3- Charge 20 kgs DM hot water (80-85°C) and mix for 0.5 hour
4- Charge 30 kgs DM hot water (80-85°C) again and stir for 0.5 hour
5- Continue step 4 until desired defoamer activity .
